When you visit Pocamarket for the very first time, you might feel frustrated with the system. Don’t worry, I, Tom, will guide you on how to use Pocamarket easily. Let’s start from Step 1 to Step 6!

Step 1 : Search - How to find photocards of your bias

Here is a guide on how to find the photocards you want to collect.

Click the “Search” menu and go to Search page

Click the “Browse All” icon then type the idol you stan or scroll down the idol LOGO icons.

If you find the Group LOGO you stan, click the icon. Then click the member profile icon

Step 2 : Sign-Up - Be member of the Pocamarket

Have you found the photocards that you want to add to your collection?
Time to SIGN-UP! Sign-up to Pocamarket is so eeeeasy!

Just Choose the sign-up method : Google, Apple, Twitter, Naver

Step 3 : Charge - Ready to purchase the photocards.

Before you purchase the photocards, you have to charge money in your Pocamarket wallet. Choose the amount of money from $5 to $300, then choose the payment method you prefer.

Step 4 : Purchase the photocards

After completing the charging process, it's time to shop for photocards. Go to the detail page of the photocards, and all you need to do is click (or tap) the 'Buy Now' button. The photocards you bought added to your “Collection” right away.

Step 5 : Check Collection page

Once you've completed the purchase, the photocards you bought will be automatically added to your collection on Pocamarket. Click “Collection” menu and go to “Collection” page. You can find photocards you bought.

Step 6 : Requesting shipping for photocards you've bought

Time to grab the photocards you've bought with your own hands! Go to “Collection” menu and click “Request Shipping”. Then select photocards want to request shipping and click “Request Now” button. Next fill out shipping information, choose shipping method and check the cost of the shipping. After that click “Request Shipping” button and pay shipping fee. If you have coupon, you can apply after select shipping country.
